This process of furniture installation has modernized the traditional installation process by eliminating on-site; trailer shipment(s), B.O.M. sheets, unboxing, inspecting, de-trashing, and product organization.
This unique installation process is called Smart Install ®.
The pre-assembled product is rolled onto TKO’s specially designed trucks in sequence of installation allowing for onsite installation immediately upon arrival.
An organized, clutter free job site is an integral component to the timely completion of the work.

In our operation center, product is neatly staged and organized per TKO’s installation categories. When a project is ready for installation product will be placed on the line for the in-house installers to start the preassemble process. Product will be stripped of packing material and like items will be placed in our custom boxes for a fast track installation. All packing material will be separated and recycled.

How product arrives on-site creates a great deal of difference for an installation project. Traditionally all installation steps are completed on-site. With Smart Install® the majority of installation steps are completed at the operation center, later benefiting the installation project.

Managing the products assembled state in the operation center prior to delivery, provides the on-site team a more efficient install.
